GRIT is committed to a thoughtful, flexible, community-focused approach—from professional service firms to construction to service provider participation. We pledge to award 30% of contracts to certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and 10% to certified Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) with an ambitious diversity goal of 65% minority participation overall, certified and uncertified.
